you would probably need to either read The Secret, or listen to the audio book. It’s all in there.
If you want it, do it. In most cases, that seems to be the crux.
Anything is possible. But you have to put the ground work into it as well.
You need to somehow get yourself into the news. Go rob someone or injure someone. Then you will have the chance to announce to the world that you are a famous soccer player.
